Dan Slane Elected President of NBHSAF

At the April 11th Board of Directors Meeting, Dan Slane was nominated and unanimously elected to become President of the New Berlin High Schools Alumni Foundation. Mr. Slane is one of the founding members of the Foundation. He recently headed up the Combined 50th Reunion for the New Berlin West Class of 1971, 1972, and the Eisenhower Class of 1972.

After attending grade and high school in New Berlin, Mr. Slane attended WCTC, UW Whitewater, and the University of Phoenix. His long career as a master carpenter led him to become the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters Business Representative until 2015. Later that year, he became the Safety Director for the Doral Corporation.

Mr. Slane’s strong ties to the community, contracting companies, and proven leadership skills will help ensure the future growth and stability of the New Berlin High Schools Alumni Foundation.
