The New Berlin High Schools Alumni Foundation launched its First Annual Sweepstakes. What does it cost?!? Nothing! It is our way to spread the word about the New Berlin High Schools Alumni Foundation.
Did you know that NBHSAF provides scholarships to graduating seniors from New Berlin West and New Berlin Eisenhower who plan on attending vocational and trade schools, or plan on entering an apprenticeship program? Our Scholarship Fund is made possible through the generosity of New Berlin Alumni and companies both within and outside the City of New Berlin. Without them, the New Berlin High Scholls Alumni Foundation could not impact tomorrow’s workforce.
Statistics point out that the greatest shortage in America right now are people entering into the skilled trades and two-year vocational training. We want to help these graduates reach that dream. From IT positions to healthcare positions to running heavy equipment, the list goes on. The recipient of this year’s scholarship is a perfect example of working with a company while still in high school and being offered an apprenticeship.
